Booking & Payment
How do I book a private tour?
Choose a tour, pick your travel date and number of travellers, then press Instant Book. You will receive a booking code — scan the WeChat QR or message us on WhatsApp and our team will confirm availability and payment details.
How do I pay?
After we confirm availability, we send payment instructions (bank transfer, or Alipay / WeChat Pay on request). Your booking is secured once the deposit is received.
Why does the price per person change with group size?
Every tour is fully private: the vehicle, jeep, driver and guide are dedicated to your group. Larger groups share these fixed costs, so the price per person goes down.
Ijen Health Screening
Why is a health screening required for Ijen?
The BBKSDA (nature conservation agency) requires visitors to be fit for the sulfur-gas environment. A licensed physician checks blood pressure and basic health the evening before the trek. It is included in our Ijen packages.
Will I definitely see the blue fire?
Blue fire depends on weather, wind and gas conditions and on the access rules of the day. Our guides time the hike for the best chance, but it cannot be guaranteed.

Is Bromo safe to visit right now?
We follow the official PVMBG (MAGMA Indonesia) activity level every day — you can see the live status on our destination pages. Our routes always stay outside the exclusion zone, and we have a written Plan B if access changes.

Do you have Mandarin-speaking guides?
Yes. Every private group can request a Mandarin-speaking guide, and our team chats with you on WeChat before the trip. 我们提供中文导游。
Policy
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 14 days before departure (100% refund minus payment fees). 7–13 days before: 50% refund. Less than 7 days: non-refundable. If a tour cannot run due to official volcanic restrictions, we offer a Plan B route or a full date change at no extra cost.
